Grievance redressal

If something about Artiz Studio worries you, we want to hear about it. This page explains how to raise a complaint, report content or ask about your personal data, and how quickly we respond.

What you can contact us about
• Your personal data: a copy, a correction, deletion, withdrawing consent, nominating someone, or a question about how it is used. • Content on the Service that you believe is unlawful, infringes your copyright or other rights, or shows you without your consent. • A photo or gallery of you shared by a studio. Please ask the studio first; if you can't reach it, we will pass your request on and help. • Payments, refunds, cancellations or anything else about the Service.
What to include
• Your name and how to reach you (e-mail or phone). • What the complaint is about, with links to the pages or photos concerned (for a gallery, copy the address from your browser). • For a content or copyright report: why you believe the content is unlawful or infringing, whether you are the person shown, the rights holder or acting for them, and a statement that the information is accurate and made in good faith. • For a data request: the e-mail address or phone number linked to the data, so we can find it. We may need to confirm your identity before acting.
How quickly we respond
• We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and give it a reference number. • We resolve complaints within 15 days, and in any case within one month. • Intimate images shared without consent (nude, partly nude, sexual, or morphed or impersonating images of you): we remove or disable access as fast as possible, and in any case within the time the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, as amended, require. • Orders from a court or an authorised government agency: we act within the time the law requires (3 hours under the amendment in force from 20 February 2026). • Copyright notices: we disable access within 36 hours of a complete notice, for 21 days, under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Copyright Rules, 2013.

If you are not satisfied
• Personal data: you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India through its online platform (see https://www.meity.gov.in for the current address). The Board generally expects you to raise the complaint with us first. • Consumer complaints: you can contact the National Consumer Helpline (1915, or https://consumerhelpline.gov.in) or approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
